真是難翻的一首歌，用到很多礦業的專有名詞，
我對歷史的脈絡並不十分清楚，但我想這是描寫著十九世紀英國煤礦業的種種跡象，
歌詞裡所謂的強盜，應該就是暗諷當時的礦業公司，
在沒有翻譯之前，我壓根兒不曉得原來這是一首探討礦工生活的歌曲，
我跟著歌詞，想像著當年他們為了微薄的薪水在幽暗的地底下工作，
每個人的肺都因為吸入過多的煤塵而變成黑色，
身體日漸的衰弱，但為了生存仍不得不努力工作，
只有到了天堂，才得以在陽光下生活，呼吸著甜美的空氣。
令人心酸的一首歌。
